To build intrigue for Umbrella Academy, we dropped a film that looked like it was ripped straight out of 80s Saudi TV. A grainy news bulletin, a time capsule from the past, complete with an apocalypse warning from a channel that had been shut down. It felt real, it felt weird, and it was just bizarre enough to make people wonder what on earth was going on.
